Highly Efficient GRD Rotors
GRD series rotors are highly efficient and world renowned for their 5/6 profiles which has evolved from previous generations to meet today`s market requirement – “Energy and cost efficiency with greater capacity”
- Larger wrap angle & discharge port: Furthermore, more lobes combined with a large wrap angle ensure multiple rotor contact. This reduces vibration & thus minimizes noise. Larger discharge ports decrease the discharge velocity and therefore reduce the discharge pressure losses, thereby increasing the compressor overall efficiency.
- Lower inter-lobe leakage losses: Greater the number of lobes, smaller is the pressure difference between the two neighbouring working chambers. Thus, inter-lobe leakage losses are reduced. Hence leakage to delivery ratio decreases as the number of rotor lobes is increased.
- Larger rotor size: To increase the rotor throughput, Air-End of our Air Compressors are of larger size. Our Air Compressors built with 5/6 profile with larger rotor size than the traditional profile consumes lower specific power (kw/cfm ratio).
Versatile Package Control System
Minimum pressure check valve assures continuous pressure for lubricating the compressor, reduces fluid foaming and protects the air-fluid separator element.

- Auto-dual control: If there is no system demand during the pre-set time delay, the compressor will shut down the drive motor. The controller will restart the compressor when system pressure drops to the preselected pressure level.

- No load start protection. Automatic blow down during unloading before the unit shuts off ensures the unit does not start under load.
